How We Haul Your Gear
At Fritz's, we use USPS and UPS to ship out your orders based on weight. Here's how it works:
The Slow Roll:
- For in-stock items, usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive after you order.
- Shipping costs vary based on order weight.
- Weekends and holidays add delays. Please allow an extra 1-2 days around Christmas!
The Fast Track:
- Get your order in 2 business days for an additional fee.
- Available for most Continental US addresses. Ask us if you're not sure!
Heads Up!
- Shipping rates subject to change as carriers adjust their pricing. We'll keep you posted on any rate hikes.
- Certain oversized or specialty items may be restricted to in-store purchase only. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping or operational limitations. Full refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs.
- We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Gotta be a U.S. issued card though.
